Friend, it ain’t over till it’s over….

It ain’t over till it’s over……

Brother Dave ministered last night on David and Goliath. He spoke about some giants we are going to face in life. He had two sons who have died in the last three and one half years.

Dave is a good Christian that ministers in jail and to the homeless people. You find him in church on Sunday’s Wednesdays and he joins me in prayer each Saturday morning.

David had drug problems, went to prison and it looked like his life was going down the tubes but one thing the devil didn’t plan on. Dave had a praying aunt. God got a hold of Dave’s life and saved him from a horribly bad ending and now he is serving the Lord.

Is there a giant you are facing in your life today? A mountain of a problem that seems to big to get over or around? A valley to deep to get over? Well I have good news for you this Monday morning June twenty sixth, two thousand and seventeen, and it is this:

Isa 40:4 Every valley shall be lifted up, and every mountain and hill be made low; the uneven ground shall become level, and the rough places a plain.

Friend this is what God can do for you if you are willing to surrender your life, repent and obey His commands. You may have had some real wasted days in your life but listen to this:

Isa_35:6 Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.

You see God can make flowers to bloom in the deserts of this life, He can make streams to flow in your dead marriages and He can make a way in the wildernesses of life. It’s not over till God says it’s over or you quit.

Let me encourage you as I close with the words of Jesus the Christ, have a blessed day and in the midst of your wilderness, facing your mountains and valleys, your desert times, take some advice from Jesus today:

Mar 11:22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
