You got a attitude man…

You got an attitude man…

Well it has been an interesting couple of weeks from car accidents to ac going out in home and car to repairs on our car and getting up to Miami and having almost all of the oil run out of our engine from poor work done on the engine in Key West.

Now some one might say that’s not fair Randy your a Christian and you should have a happy life. You better get something in your heart and mind today and it is this.

God never promised that things in this life would be fair. He never promised this life would be happy. He did promise in this life tribulations which means anguish, pressures, troubles etc.

But after he said that he said, be of good cheer because I have overcome the world. Through each of these situations God provided. What situations are really all about is how do “I” deal with them.

Do I get angry? Do I pray and call upon the Lord? Do I stand on the Word of God, the promises of God that He is the supplier of all my needs?

Or do I whine and cry and say, “everything happens to me!” Then go get some drugs and alcohol to “ease” the pain? Let me say this my wife wants a stalwart man.

She does not want a weak sniveling man that runs to drugs and alcohol when a problem arises. She wants a man in her life, not a little kid who cries and whines about everything.

When I was in my early twenties I lived like that dealing with life through a bottle and drugs but God delivered me out of that life style and praise God for that because I could not deliver myself.

How is your attitude today with what you are going through? Get an attitude adjustment. If you are a person that deals with life’s problems through a bottle of alcohol or pills, friend get God’s help in your life.

This life is not problem free but you can be free of a wrong attitude. You can have joy in the midst of a storm. I did not say happiness, happenings bring happiness. I’m speaking of a joy that is unspeakable full of glory.

It doesn’t matter what your problem is in life only look at it long enough to acknowledge it and then go directly to the Lord who the Bible says is our refuge and strength and a very present help in times of trouble.

Tribulations are good. If we handle them in the right way they will do a great work in us. God bless you today, may the Lord greatly bless you during your tribulations you might be going through…..amen.
